On the 3rd May 2007 being the day following my 60th birthday I used, for the first time, my new Leica M8 digital camera which was a birthday present from Lorna, my dear wife. As a consequence, this gallery containing my photographs of Derbyshire begins. Over the years those early pictures have been added to and many were taken on our walks together. The camera too has been updated, first of all to an M9P and then in May 2017 to the M10. At the same time I changed the 35mm Summicron purchased in film days for the M6 to the latest computation of the same lens which is now aspherical. Since the pictures are in date order you can follow our footsteps and join us on the walks which we both trust you will enjoy. The latest pictures are to be found by scrolling to the bottom of the gallery. The music which accompanies the slide show is "Blue Sky" played by Kat Epple.
