On the 16th August, 2013 we celebrated our forty-fourth wedding anniversary and to mark the occasion spent three days in London. On the evening of the 16th we attended an outstanding performance of "Warhorse" at the New London Theatre, Drury Lane. Our remaining time in the capital city was spent sightseeing and, as usual, my camera was on hand to record where we journeyed and what we saw. Our accommodation for the visit was "The Strand Palace Hotel" www.strandpalacehotel.co.ukwhich was excellent in all respects and cannot be too highly recommended.
